some guys are just that good...im a fast sketcher too but i cant do that much details in 40 min

nice fanmix, you can see both tail amd cloud souls in that hybrid ( considering tails itself is a hybrid...make it some super hybrid then! )

the clothing lines are god...however the lack of shadows/highlights on the upper side of the cloak make it look flat, try experimenting on that.

sketch art usually dont get high score but GOOD sketch art do
the only thing that bite me is the highlights and the hair texture,,,its a bit too rough and the highlight dosent seem tobe placed right...also they are not wide enough...usually highlight cover wide areas , like around the temple for example, the first hair curl is okay but then the highlight should follow on the second hair patch and on to the next ...circling around the head...

thats kinda my opinion, feel free to experiment.

seriously they should make more victorian style games , its one undeground, unexplored gendre that have soo much potential.
perfect shades/highlights, using textures with the flats colors add some nice punch

because its not everyday you see megaman that much pissed off!
...work a little bit on the upper chest plate...its not well adjusted
only detail that look akward...all the rest is great, colors kick ass, and emotion wise you had been strike by bolt of geniusness ( did it hurt?) for drawing the face.
